Chris Leggett

Chris Leggett is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, coaching, and organizational performance. Currently serving as Senior Learning & Development Manager and Talent Partner at Northern Trains Ltd since October 2020, Chris focuses on talent pipeline building and career progression. As the Director of Clearpath Coaching & Development, established in February 2016, Chris provides coaching, facilitation, and business improvement services aimed at enhancing team performance and organizational culture. Prior roles include Head of Programmes/OD Lead at The Beech Centre for People, Performance & Organisational Development from July 2011 to February 2016, where Chris facilitated a range of development programs, and various coaching and management positions, including Director of Corporate Services at North York Moors National Park Authority. Chris holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy, a PGCert in Business & Personal Coaching from the University of Chester, and a BSc in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford.
