Michelle Doyle

Michelle Doyle currently serves as the Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Manager at Northern since October 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle was employed at Sysco Business Skills Academy from June 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing and developing a team of 10 Training Advisors, overseeing learner progress, and achieving performance targets as a Team Leader. Additionally, Michelle held positions as a Training Advisor, WorldHost Trainer, and Internal Quality Assurer, delivering training to NVQ standards in management, customer service, and IT. Earlier experience includes serving as the Learning Centre Manager at Birkenhead Land Registry from October 2000 to June 2011, overseeing a workplace learning centre, promoting available resources, and ensuring team motivation and performance.
