Moushumi Mandal

Moushumi Mandal currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Northern Arc Capital, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Moushumi held significant roles at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited from December 2014 to October 2023, including Head HR for NSE Clearing Limited and leading the Center of Excellence for Rewards & Benefits.
