Rajendra Sahu

Rajendra Sahu has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Rajendra started their career in 2014 at ICICI Bank as a Credit Manager, specializing in underwriting and mortgage loans. In 2016, they joined EarlySalary- Instant Salary Advance for Employees as the Manager of Credit Policy for unsecured loans, a position they held until 2021. In 2021, they moved to StashFin and served as a Senior Manager of Credit Policy for unsecured loans until 2022. Currently, Rajendra is working at Northern Arc Capital, where they first held the position of Associate Director in Risk Monitoring before being promoted to Deputy Vice President in the same domain.

Rajendra Sahu completed their Master's Degree in PGDM from MIMTS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha, spanning from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Rajendra has obtained various certifications including "Blockchain Basics," "Managing Teams," "Operational Excellence Foundations," "Six Sigma Foundations," "Six Sigma: Green Belt," and "Financial Modelling" from institutions such as LinkedIn and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
