Shantanu Dani

Shantanu Dani is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate (PBL) at Northern Arc Capital since May 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into actionable plans and analyzing customer needs and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy. Prior to this role, Shantanu worked as a Relationship Manager, focusing on building strong customer relationships and contributing to product development and new business opportunities. Shantanu also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Geldwickx, assisting in recruitment and coordinating interviews. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Hislop College in Nagpur.
