Isabel Rollins

Isabel Rollins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and business development. Currently serving as the CDBG Program Manager for Northern Arizona Council of Governments since March 2001, Isabel oversees the Community Development Block Grant program for multiple counties including Yavapai, Coconino, Navajo, and Apache. Previously, Isabel held the role of Grant Administrator at the City of Page from June 1999 to December 2000, applying for and managing various state and federal grants. Isabel also contributed to AMC Engineers from February 1995 to February 1999 in marketing and business development, where a significant increase in proposal success rate from 15% to 40% was achieved. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UC San Diego, earned between 1981 and 1985.
