Carl Palme has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Northern Bank since November 2017. Prior to this role, Carl held similar positions at Radius Bank and LoJack Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining customer satisfaction, leading teams, and developing training documentation. Carl also contributed to the continuous improvement of customer support processes while supervising teams at Nova Biomedical and Novell Inc., where Carl advanced from Senior Manager to Director of Global Technical Support. In addition to professional experience, Carl is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at UMass Boston.
