Dan Banken

Dan Banken, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Merchandising and Supply Chain at Northern Brewer, where responsibilities include managing P&L for online retail platforms, leading e-commerce merchandising strategies, and driving supply chain optimization initiatives. Previously, Dan held roles at 3M as a New Product Development Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on process improvements and project management. Dan began their career as an Advanced Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer with significant contributions to capital projects and product design improvements at 3M and Kimberly-Clark, respectively. Dan holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
