Cerica Liam

Cerica Liam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cerica started their career as a Marketing Intern at Chef Priyanka in 2018, where they were responsible for marketing-related tasks. Cerica then interned as a Wholesale Intern at Naeem Khan before joining Dagne Dover as a Customer Experience & Experiential Marketing Intern in 2019. Cerica continued their internship with Dagne Dover in 2020, this time as a Retail Experience & Operations Intern.

In 2020, Cerica worked as a Customer Experience Associate at RH for a brief period before joining the City of Leavenworth, Washington as a Municipal Services Fellow. Cerica gained valuable experience in municipal services during their tenure. Cerica also worked at Beauty Heroes® | Spa Heroes® as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant before transitioning to their role as a Social Media and Community Specialist at Smitten Ice Cream.

Cerica Liam's most recent work experience includes being a Research Assistant II at NCIRE - The Northern California Institute for Research and Education. Currently, they hold the position of a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Back of The House, Inc., where they manage social media and marketing activities. Overall, Cerica has developed a strong skill set in marketing, customer experience, social media, and research throughout their career.

Cerica Liam completed their Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, attending from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Vocal Music from Oakland School for the Arts, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
