Elvira Moukhametshina

Elvira Moukhametshina serves as the Environmental Manager and previously as an environmental specialist at Northern Capital Gateway LLC since October 2011, overseeing waste management, noise management, and pollution prevention in compliance with ISO 14001:2004 and Russian environmental regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Finnish Consulting Group, Environmental Specialist at Golder Associates, and Environmental Expert at Baltic Environmental Forum, where Elvira managed several environmental projects, coordinated activities, and ensured regulatory compliance. Additional experience encompasses research positions focused on ecolabels and energy consumption behaviors, as well as a consulting role at Carl Bro a/s and project management at SUE "Vodokanal of Saint-Petersburg," facilitating investment projects with international stakeholders. Elvira holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University.
