Sherrie Boucher

Sherrie Boucher is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in aged care and nursing. Currently serving as the Non Executive Director and Founding Board Member at Home Care Assistance, along with roles as Sub-Committee Member for Dietitians Australia and Independent Advisor for Australian Unity, Sherrie also holds advisory positions at Northern Coalfields Community Care Association Limited and Tanunda Lutheran Home. As the CEO and Founder of Boucher Advisory Group since January 2022, Sherrie specializes in aged care advisory services, organizational governance, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Sherrie accumulated valuable experience as a Senior Registered Nurse at Latrobe Regional Hospital and as a Nurse Unit Manager at West Gippsland Healthcare Group. Sherrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Deakin University.
