Currently serving as the Non Executive Director and Founding Board Member at Home Care Assistance, along with roles as Sub-Committee Member for Dietitians Australia and Independent Advisor for Australian Unity, Sherrie also holds advisory positions at Northern Coalfields Community Care Association Limited and Tanunda Lutheran Home. As the CEO and Founder of Boucher Advisory Group since January 2022, Sherrie specializes in aged care advisory services, organizational governance, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Sherrie accumulated valuable experience as a Senior Registered Nurse at Latrobe Regional Hospital and as a Nurse Unit Manager at West Gippsland Healthcare Group. Sherrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Deakin University.

Northern Coalfields Community Care Association is a community based not for profit organisation which was established in 1988 with the charter to "provide accommodation for seniors in the community who required flexible service provision but not of an acute nature" Now in our 35th year of service to the community NCCCA has from these humble beginnings grown and expanded its services. It now employs more than 215 staff providing services and support to more than a 1,000 residents, clients and consumers. Residential care, respite care, community transport, home care, CHSP, Meals on Wheels, retirement living and a range of healthy lifestyle programs are just some of the services offered. NCCCA has recently achieved 3 year accreditation for its 3 residential care facilities in 22/23 which recognizes our commitment to the delivery of high quality care and compliance with standards.
