Alicia Armstrong

Alicia Armstrong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diabetes management, nutrition, and health education. Currently serving as the Diabetes and Nutrition Program Coordinator at Northern Counties Health Care Inc., Alicia develops educational resources and protocols to enhance diabetes care, trains healthcare staff, and supports patients through individualized coaching and group sessions. In addition to this role, Alicia works as a Field Trainer for Dexcom, a Tandem Pump Trainer, and a Certified Omni Pod Trainer-Consultant, providing essential training for various insulin delivery systems. Alicia also offers nutrition consulting for the Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging and owns Let's Get Movin'! LLC, promoting health through yoga and nutrition programs.
