Kimberley Rupe Lennox

Kimberley Rupe Lennox, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Northern Counties Health Care, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kimberley held several leadership positions, including Director of Workforce Development at Vermont Adult Learning and Development & Communications Manager at Vermont Council on Rural Development. Kimberley contributed to economic and workforce initiatives as Communications & Community Engagement Director at Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region, promoting the Real Rutland marketing initiative. Earlier experience includes roles at College of St. Joseph as Director of Community Engagement & Alumni Relations, as well as various positions at The Vermont Country Store and Shaw's Supermarkets. Kimberley holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Joseph.
