Rachael Sultman

Rachael Sultman currently holds the position of Deputy Headteacher at Furrowfield School since September 2025 and has been serving as Associate Principal at Northern Education Trust since June 2023. Previously, Rachael was Vice Principal at Laidlaw Schools Trust from September 2020 to July 2023 and worked at Burnside College from September 2004 to August 2020, where roles included Assistant Head Teacher and Curriculum Leader of Modern Foreign Languages. Rachael's education includes a PGCE in Secondary Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Durham (2003-2004) and a degree from The University of Manchester (1999-2003), following an earlier education at Ian Ramsey C of E School (1992-1997).
