Chacha Masese

Chacha Masese is a seasoned telecommunications professional currently serving as a Project Supervisor at NETIS Group since December 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Fiber Engineer at Miles Telecoms Co. Ltd, responsible for maintaining the Vodafone and Consortium (tiGO) Fiber Network in Iringa, Njombe, and Ruvuma Regions, and as a Transmission Support Engineer at Nokia-Tanzania, addressing Tx issues on the Airtel Network. Chacha has also worked as a Fibre & Microwave Engineer at Maktech Telecommunications, a Field Operations Engineer at Mic Tanzania Ltd. / Tigo, and a Telecom Engineer at Tech Masters (T) Ltd., focusing on installation and project supervision. Chacha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Dar es Salaam, complemented by a strong background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from Mzumbe High School.
