Kate Elkins

Kate Elkins is currently working as the Program Manager for the Population Health Information Tool at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Previously, Kate held positions such as Adjunct Professor at Northern Essex Community College, Community Health Coordinator at the City of Lowell, and Community Impact Supervisor at Lowell General Hospital. Kate has also worked as the Program Manager at Grand Futures Prevention Coalition and as a Volunteer English Teacher at SKIP - Supporting Kids In Peru. Kate holds a Master of Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
