Heather Sheffield

Heather Sheffield has a diverse work experience. Heather currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Planning at Northern Gas Networks, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Yorkshire Water, where they held various roles including Integrated Planning & Central Control Manager (Wastewater), Operational Planning and Technical Manager, and Strategic Asset Manager for Waste Water Networks. Before Yorkshire Water, Heather worked at Melbourne Water as a Strategy Development Engineer, where they were responsible for leading the development of the Long Term Strategic Plan for Land Use. Heather also worked as a Project Engineer at Aurecon and as a Graduate Engineer at Dalton Consulting Engineers (DCE).

Heather Sheffield attended RMIT University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in the field of Civil Engineering.
