Catherine Clarke

Catherine Clarke is an experienced consultant with a strong background in legal counsel and corporate advisory roles, particularly in the private equity sector. Currently serving as a consultant for Northern Gritstone and Midlands Mindforge Limited since 2022, Catherine previously held multiple consultant positions, including with British International Investment and BGF, where significant contributions included serving as General Counsel from 2012 to 2020. Additional leadership experience includes an independent governorship at De Montfort University from 2020 to 2023 and a directorship at Gowling WLG, specializing in advising private equity funds. Catherine's extensive legal career began at 3i Group plc, where foundational expertise in private equity and growth capital legal processes was developed.
