Susan Kildahl is currently a board member at The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), while also serving as the Chief Financial Officer at NHS Northstar, Inc. Previously, Susan provided CFO services for mid-range businesses as a Fractional CFO at Accounting Solutions. Susan has also worked in the legal department at Watchtower Bible & Tract Society and as an internal auditor at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
