Tianna Rossi

Tianna Rossi is an experienced recruiter and human resources professional with a strong background in healthcare and organizational HR practices. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Coordinator for Medical Staff Retention and Recruitment at Northern Health - BC since August 2020, Tianna supports the recruitment of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, and works with programs to solidify Return of Service physicians in underserved communities. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Canadian Benefits Investment and Insurance Group Inc., where Tianna implemented HR software and managed the hiring process, as well as a role as Executive Projects Coordinator at the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, where Tianna organized the annual Business Excellence Awards and facilitated member communication. Tianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Northern British Columbia, earned in 2018.
