Melissa Decarlo

Melissa DeCarlo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business education and merchandise planning. Currently serving as a Business Education Teacher at Northern Highlands Regional High School since September 2020, Melissa previously held leadership roles in the retail sector, including Head of Merchandise Planning at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. and Director of Merchandise Planning at Dress Barn. Additional experience includes positions at Ralph Lauren, ANN INC, and Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities encompassed merchandise planning and financial analysis. Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing/Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Finance/Economics from Fordham University.
