Michael Koth

Assistant Principal at Northern Highlands Regional High School

Michael Koth is the current Assistant Principal at Northern Highlands Regional High School. Michael has held this position since September 2003, and has been instrumental in providing a safe and secure environment for all students and staff. In addition, they have provided leadership in the areas of instructional practice, curriculum development, and school policy.

As Assistant Principal, Koth has also been responsible for assessing and administering professional development to faculty, as well as managing a robust curricular and co-curricular program. Michael has also been involved in crisis management & school security, and has maintained and strengthened community relationships with parent organizations, municipal government, local law enforcement, alumni base and Municipal Alliances.

Koth has also provided meaningful programs to students and community highlighting the importance of civic and social responsibility. Michael has secured state grants, conducted action research, and overseen improvements to facilities.

After graduating from River Dell Regional High School, Michael Koth attended Muhlenberg College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory. Michael then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Elizabeth University.
