Lisa Schickert Smith

Lisa Schickert Smith is a skilled communications professional and business owner with extensive experience in design and communications. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at the Northern Illinois Conference of The United Methodist Church since October 2021, Lisa also runs Lisa Schickert Smith Designs, a venture launched in February 2017. Previous roles include Communications Director at Rochelle United Methodist Church, where responsibilities spanned newsletters, social media, and video editing during the pandemic. Lisa's background also features a tenure as Assistant Art Director at Colony Brands, Inc., where expertise in catalog art direction was honed, and earlier positions included publication editing and marketing roles at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
