Renee Tassone

Renee Tassone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and performance effectiveness within the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Projects at Nicor Gas since April 2022, Renee previously held various roles at WEC Energy Group from July 2007 to February 2022, including Manager of Performance Effectiveness, Change Management Consultant, and Process Improvement Specialist. In these positions, Renee developed departmental strategies, implemented change management methodologies, and led operational excellence projects aimed at optimizing processes. Earlier roles at Peoples Gas included Group Supervisor of Cash Receipts and Business Analyst, where Renee provided leadership and created business analysis documentation. Renee holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
