Alison Gordon

Alison Gordon is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Specialist in the Educational Coaching Network at Northern Illinois University since July 2023. With a background as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Alison Gordon Partnership Limited since July 2019, Alison previously contributed as a Trainer for the Illinois Principals Association from October 2016 to November 2023. Additionally, Alison served as Faculty at SESP, MSED - Northwestern University and Northwestern University from October 2014 to November 2023, also holding the role of Coordinator of the Educational Coaching Network. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal at Skokie School District 73.5 from July 2008 to June 2019. Alison holds an Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University.
