Brandon T. Lagana

Brandon T. Lagana, Ed.D., has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Director of Student Success Platform and Director of Planning and Assessment for Undergraduate Studies at Northern Illinois University since November 2009. In previous roles, Brandon acted as the Executive Director of Career Services, where strategic vision was provided to enhance student career education and employer engagement, leading to significant revenue growth. Prior positions include directing admissions at the University of Maine at Farmington and holding various admissions roles at Ball State University and Albright College. Brandon holds a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education, a Master's in Student Personnel Administration, and a Bachelor's in Speech Communication.
