Bryan Flower

Bryan Flower is an experienced professional in food systems innovation and education, currently serving as the Executive Director at Philo Ridge Farm since June 2025. Previously, Bryan held multiple positions at Northern Illinois University, including Associate Director of Food Systems Innovation and Food Systems Laboratory Coordinator, beginning in August 2014. Prior experience also includes serving as the Associate Dean of the School of Culinary and Hospitality and a Culinary Instructor at Robert Morris University - Illinois from September 2005 to August 2014. Bryan Flower holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
