Dawn S. Peters

Dawn S. Peters has extensive experience in public administration and local government management, currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Center for Governmental Studies at Northern Illinois University since August 1997. In addition to this role, Dawn serves as the Executive Director of both the Illinois City/County Management Association and the Wisconsin City/County Management Association, as well as the Illinois Local Government Lawyers. Dawn holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
