Kelsey Scott

Kelsey Scott is a co-owner at Burtt's Realty, LLC since June 2023 and serves as the Associate Director of Student Conduct at Northern Illinois University, where previous roles included Residence Hall Director and Instructor. Kelsey’s experience in higher education is complemented by a master's degree in Postsecondary Education Administration from Murray State University and ongoing education towards a Graduate Certificate in Law and Women’s and Gender Studies. Early career positions involved customer service roles at Rotech Healthcare and internships focusing on Greek Life and Multicultural Affairs at Murray State University and the University of Tennessee at Martin, respectively. Kelsey holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and additional associate degrees from Kishwaukee College.
