Matthew Kroll is an experienced professional specializing in learning organization development, process improvement technologies, and operational effectiveness. Currently serving as President and Master Black Belt at Chalmers St. Consulting, Matthew leads initiatives that leverage Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance business performance and employee engagement. With a background that includes roles as Director of Continuous Improvement at HERE and Director of Quality at Motorola, Matthew has successfully implemented continuous improvement programs and developed certification tracks in Lean Six Sigma at Northern Illinois University. Matthew holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
