Melanie Griegoliet

Melanie Griegoliet, MLD, CCSP, currently serves as the Coordinator of Professional Development and Training at Northern Illinois University, where responsibilities include managing the careers course UNIV 301 in collaboration with the third-party provider Braven. Melanie has previously held various roles at NIU, such as Assistant Director of Orientation and First Year Programs, where curriculum revitalization and online course delivery were key contributions. Other professional experiences include serving as a Workshop Facilitator for The NEED Project and achieving high student retention rates as Senior Student Services Coordinator at Wiley. With additional experience in student services and event coordination from previous positions at Kellen, North Central College, and Wilton Brands, Melanie possesses a robust background in higher education and organizational communication, holding a Bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst University and a Master’s degree from North Central College.
