Ratna Prasad Paladagu

Ratna Prasad Paladagu is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving as an Industrial Engineering Intern at AGCO Corporation and a Research Scholar at Northern Illinois University. Prior to these roles, Ratna held the position of Assistant Professor at KL University, contributing to curriculum design and teaching across various disciplines. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Saicon Consultants, Inc., and several internships focusing on lean manufacturing and process improvement at companies such as KNAACK Manufacturing Company, Greenlee Textron, and Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company. Ratna holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University, a Master Certification in CAD/CAM from the Central Institute of Tool Design, and a B.Tech in Industrial & Production Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering.
