Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and program development. Currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design and Development at Northern Illinois University since November 2012, Tracy leads instructional design and course development activities for academic staff. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Program Director at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, where responsibilities included designing and evaluating STEM enrichment programs. Earlier experience includes serving as President of the Fox Chase Home and School Association and working as a Safety Administrative Assistant at Pepsi Co. Tracy's educational background includes a Master's degree in eLearning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Environmental Science.
