Peter Graves

Peter Graves is a director at Northern Initiatives. Peter has over 20 years of experience in business transformation and specializes in value-driven digital innovation, product development, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Northern Initiatives, Peter worked as a project manager lead consultant at ThoughtWorks, where they were responsible for global business transformation initiatives. Peter has also worked as an enterprise agile coach and trainer for CBRE, and as a product agile coach and product owner for XPO Logistics.

Peter Graves has a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, with a focus in computer design, math, and software engineering. Peter also took graduate classes in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming at The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, they have a diploma in radio/TV from Up with People High School (Tulsa Public Schools) and has completed independent studies in Europe. Peter is certified in agile development practices from LinkedIn, Think Like a Lawyer to Make Decisions and Solve Problems from LinkedIn, Better User Stories from Mountain Goat Software, Enterprise Agile: Changing Your Culture from LinkedIn, Leading SAFe - SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification from Scaled Agile Academy, Lean Applied to Business Processes Facilitation from LeanBP (Univ of Tenn), and Agile PMP from PMI / XOJOM Group.
