Edmund Kelly

Edmund Kelly is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as a Senior Audit Manager at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive since June 2022, Edmund previously held several key positions at the Northern Ireland Assembly, including Acting Head of Internal Audit, Audit Manager, and Project Manager for the Business Efficiency Programme from January 2010 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Acting Head of Risk & Assurance and Internal Audit Manager at the Northern Ireland Court Service from January 2002 to December 2009. Edmund holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from Ulster University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1992, and attended Ballymena Academy from 1982 to 1989.
