Emma Erwin

Emma Erwin is a seasoned professional in architecture and development with over 15 years of experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as the Technical Standards Manager at Northern Ireland Housing Executive since January 2023, Emma previously held development roles at HOUSING ASSOCIATION and Triangle Housing Association, including the position of Development Manager (A). Prior experience includes working as an Architect at G M Design Associates and as an Architectural Assistant at Peter Inglis Architects. Emma holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, both obtained from the University of Dundee.
