Joseph McCluskey

Joseph McCluskey is a Senior Procurement Project Manager at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive since March 2019, providing expertise in procurement management. Prior to this role, Joseph served as a Procurement Manager at the Business Services Organisation (BSO) from September 2012 to February 2019. Educationally, Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from Ulster University (2012-2014), an MSc in Construction and Project Management from Queen's University Belfast (2009-2011), and a BSc in Architecture from Queen's University Belfast (2004-2008).
