Michelle Larkin

Michelle Larkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and public service. Currently serving as Lead Project Officer at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive since December 2019, Michelle has held various roles including Assistant Project Officer and Patch Manager. Prior to this, a position as Employment Officer was held at NIACRO from July to November 2019. Michelle began a tenure at the Northern Ireland Civil Service in January 2017 as a Social Security Officer, after previously working in various operational planning and project coordination roles since 2006. Additional experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Opes Business Partners Ltd and a position as Training Support Officer at JTM Training Agency. Michelle's educational background includes studies at the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education.
