Kimberly Monaco

Kimberly Monaco, SHRM-CP, possesses a diverse background in administrative support and human resources management, currently serving as the District Executive Assistant at the Northern Kentucky Health Department since May 2022. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the President at Chatfield College, District Secretary at the Northern Kentucky Health Department, and Clinical Secretary at Child Focus. Kimberly has successfully coordinated Board nominations processes, managed orientations and onboarding, and provided high-level clerical support across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, as well as prior studies at Indiana University Bloomington.
