Mandy Haigis is an experienced professional in direct client services, currently serving as the IDD Direct Client Services Manager at NorthKey Community Care since June 2012. In this role, Mandy oversees the daily operations of three Adult Day Training programs in rural counties and manages nine residential homes for adults with disabilities within the SCL waiver program. Previously, Mandy held the position of Adult Day Training Coordinator at Residential Management Systems Inc. from November 2004 to June 2012, and served as Program Director. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service/Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
