Danielle McDonald has extensive experience in academia, currently serving as the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, Instructional Excellence, and Online Programs at Northern Kentucky University since August 2008. In addition to this role, Danielle holds positions as a Professor of Criminal Justice, Associate Dean, Diversity Fellow, and previously served as both Associate Professor and Assistant Professor within the same department. Prior to this, Danielle was an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Plymouth State University from August 2006 to May 2008. Danielle earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Psychology and Sociology from West Virginia University.
