Daniel Mauk

Daniel Mauk has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Daniel started their career as a Draftsman at Chef Pierre Pie Company in 1978. Daniel then worked as a Designer at Sheffer Collet Tool Company, where they designed precision chucks. In 1983, they became a Design Engineer at Kaman Aerospace, working on composite structure design and aircraft Power Plant system design. From 1985 to 1988, they worked as a Product Designer at NWL Controls System, where they were involved in various design projects. Daniel then joined KMS Fusion as a Senior Engineer/CAD System Administrator, responsible for improving CAD/CAE productivity. In 1990, they started working at Elk Rapids Engineering as a Software Engineer, where they planned and implemented Novell Networks. From 1999 to 2000, they served as the Chief Information Officer at WD Web, overseeing the development and deployment of a product. Daniel later joined Star Cutter Company in 2000 as a Systems Analyst, completing an upgrade project. Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Information Officer at Northern Lakes Community Mental Health.

Daniel Mauk obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Drafting and Design from Northwestern Michigan College between 1978 and 1980. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 1980 to 1983.
