Marcia Conrad-Miller

Marcia Conrad-Miller is the current director at Northern Light Health. Marcia has over thirteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. Marcia has worked as the Vice President Consulting Services at CGI from October 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director Product Management Aging Well Solutions at Philips Health Systems North America from August 2008 to August 2016. In that role, they were responsible for building the strategic go to market plan to reach caregivers and seniors beyond the 80+ lifeline customer base and expanding down to the 65+ and direct to family caregivers. Marcia also launched HomeCare Solutions, Fitness & Rehabilitation Services and a Caregiver Coordination App to strategically reach caregivers as buyers of senior solutions.

Marcia Conrad-Miller has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, a BA in Computer Science from State University of New York College at Potsdam, and certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant (SPC4), Philips in Advanced LEAN Certification, and Scaled Agile, Inc. in Certified SAFe Agilist.
