Charlie Chen has worked in various roles since 2009. Charlie began their career as an Auditor at KPMG China in 2009, before moving to Matrix Partners as an Associate in 2012. In 2014, they joined Sequoia Capital China as a Sector Manager, and in 2017 they became the Executive Director at NLVC - Northern Light Venture Capital.
Charlie Chen obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) between 2020 and 2022. Charlie also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from ACCA.
