Don Schutte

Don Schutte is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in the HVAC and controls industries. Currently serving as the Area Sales Manager for Northern Lights, Inc. since 2015, Schutte has managed sales operations across South Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Previous roles include Business Development Manager for TydenBrooks SPG, and Commercial Territory Manager for Lennox International, where responsibilities involved quoting HVAC projects and building client relationships. Schutte also held marketing and sales management positions at Emerson Electric Co. and Invensys Controls, contributing to significant revenue growth and managing key accounts across multiple regions. Schutte began professional career as an Industrial Engineer at White Consolidated Industries and holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
