Haley Lonero

Haley Lonero has been in the workforce since 2008. Haley began their career as a Recruiter Lead at Aerotek, where they were responsible for full cycle recruiting for clients within corporate headquarters, shared services, and contact centers throughout the Chicago-land area. In 2010, they became the Co-Owner and Head of Sales at Northern Manufacturing, specializing in precision stainless steel fabrications. In this role, they were responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing current and future customer partnerships.

Haley Lonero attended Miami University from 2004 to 2008, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA).
