Human Resources Director at Northern Manufacturing

Lindsey Howell has been working in the Human Resources field since 2004. Lindsey began their career as an HR Assistant at Judson Senior Living, where they managed recruitment and employee benefits. In 2006, they were promoted to Training and Development Coordinator, overseeing annual training and clinical competencies for all employees. In 2008, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources and assigned to oversee all HR functions for a third campus that opened in 2009. In 2010, they moved to Kodiak Chamber of Commerce as Community Relations Director, managing all public relations activities for the Chamber and its members. In 2012, they began working at Kodiak Area Native Association as Human Resources Director, administering policies and processes related to all phases of human resources activity. In 2021, they began working as Human Resources Director at Northern Manufacturing.

Lindsey Howell obtained their High School Diploma from Port Clinton High School. Lindsey then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo in 2004. In 2009, Lindsey obtained a Master's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University. In 2016, they earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
