Christopher Meillam has over 30 years of work experience. christopher began their career in 1991 as a Maintenance Team Leader & CAD Design at Nestle S.A. christopher then moved on to become a Shift Manager and later an Asset Maintenance Manager at Nestle S.A. In 2008, they joined Guenther Bakeries UK as a Production Manager, where they were responsible for managing the day to day operations of 3 production lines. christopher was later promoted to Project Manager, where they were tasked with managing an annual capital budget of £2 million. In 2010, they became the Director of Cottage Hospitality Hotels LLP, where they increased sales revenue by 131% and reduced operating costs from 55% to 45.5%. In 2016, they took on the role of European Continuous Improvement and Engineering Manager, Banbury Site Manager & European CI and Engineering Manager and UK Project Manager at Guenther Bakeries UK. christopher also took on the role of Business Mentor at Pinnacle People and completed further studies in C&G I.E.T 17th Edition, C&G Inspection & Test, PAT testing and Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner. In 2020, they joined Mars as an Operations Shift Manager and in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Operations at Northern Monk.

Christopher Meillam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Manufacturing Engineering from Leeds Beckett University between 1993 and 1998. christopher also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Leeds Beckett University during the same time period.
