Chase Schelhaas

Chase Schelhaas serves as the Director of Engineering Projects and Director of Pipeline Integrity Projects at Northern Natural Gas, where responsibilities include leading an engineering team in overseeing over 90 capital projects totaling more than $65 million in 2017. Previously, Chase held the position of Manager of Facility Planning, focusing on compliance, capacity analysis, strategic planning, and customer service. Early in the career at Northern Natural Gas, Chase progressed from Engineer I and II roles, supporting capital construction projects and managing engineering teams. In addition, Chase worked as a Contract Project Engineer at Aerotek for Northern Natural Gas. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
