Shirley Folkins-Roberts

Shirley Folkins-Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and legal practice. Currently serving as the Community Development Director at Panattoni Development Company since September 2014, Shirley represents the firm in commercial real estate matters at both state and national levels, while also monitoring relevant policy and governmental issues. Previously, as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation from 2018 to 2021, Shirley significantly increased annual revenue by 32% during the pandemic by managing donor contributions and developing strategic alliances. Additionally, Shirley has a strong legal background, having worked as an Associate Attorney at multiple firms, where responsibilities included managing caseloads and representing clients in various litigation settings. Shirley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
